The Short Answer

Guidde has four plans in 2026. Free costs $0 and covers up to 25 how-to videos. Pro is $19 per creator per month billed yearly, or $29 month to month. Business is $39 per creator per month billed yearly, or $59 month to month, for up to 5 creators. Enterprise is priced by sales. Every paid plan is billed per creator, so a team of five on Business pays $195 a month on annual billing.

Prices checked 2026-10-12 against guidde.com/pricing. Guidde's page is the source of truth if they change.

Guidde Plans at a Glance

Plan Billed yearly Billed monthly Creators Videos Notable features
Free $0 $0 Multiple (invited creators keep editing access) Up to 25 per workspace Web app capture, voiceover recording, link sharing
Pro $19/creator/mo $29/creator/mo Per creator Unlimited No watermark, brand kit, video/PDF/PPT export, blur for sensitive info
Business $39/creator/mo $59/creator/mo Up to 5 Unlimited Unlimited AI text-to-voice, interactive demos, desktop app capture, analytics, privacy controls
Enterprise Custom Custom Custom Unlimited SSO, PII redaction, translation, content review

One caveat from the check: Guidde's pricing page currently shows two plan grids that disagree on the free plan (one says 25 videos, the other says unlimited). The FAQ and the feature table both say 25, so that's the number above.

Guidde also offers a 7-day Business trial without a credit card.

What 3, 5 and 10 Creators Pay

Because the price is per creator, the bill scales with everyone who records. On annual billing:

Creators Pro Business
1 $228/yr $468/yr
3 $684/yr $1,404/yr
5 $1,140/yr $2,340/yr
10 $2,280/yr Enterprise (Business stops at 5)

Analytics only arrive on Business, so a team that wants to know whether anyone watched pays $39 per creator at minimum.

Guidde vs Scribe vs Stepshots on Price

Guidde Scribe Stepshots
Free plan 25 videos Basic, unlimited guides 1 hosted demo + unlimited local recording
Entry paid plan $19/creator/mo (yearly) Pro Personal $25/seat/mo (yearly), $35 monthly €19/month flat, or €190/year
Team plan Business $39/creator/mo, up to 5 Pro Team, 5-seat minimum No per-seat billing
Billed per Creator Seat Account

Scribe's own page was inconsistent on the check date: it lists Pro Team at $23 per seat per month yearly ($29 monthly) in one block and $13 yearly ($17 monthly) in another. Check scribe.com/pricing before you budget on it. There's more on how the two tools differ in our Scribe alternative guide.

When Guidde Is Worth It

Guidde is built for documentation. You record a process, its AI writes the steps, and you hand the result to a new hire or put it in a help center. Every plan, Free included, lets you record your own voiceover. AI text-to-voice narration is a Business feature, so a team that wants Guidde to read the script pays $39 per creator, not $19.

Guidde can also make clickable demos now: its interactive demos add hotspots that pause the video until the viewer clicks, and multiple hotspots can branch to different steps. That feature is on Business, the Business trial and Enterprise only (Guidde help center). So if clickable demos are the goal, the real Guidde price is $39 per creator per month, capped at five creators before Enterprise.

That's where a tool built only for demos can be cheaper. Our Guidde alternative post compares the two workflows in detail.

A Flat-Price Option

Stepshots doesn't bill per seat. The free tier gives you one hosted demo plus unlimited local recording with the open-source CLI. Embedding works on every plan. Pro is €19 a month or €190 a year for 30 hosted demos, with view analytics and drop-off and custom branding. If you only need one more demo, a single Pro demo is €29 once.
